Publikationen
SAVE Focus 2005
The situation of numerous cross-border breeds in Europe has been regularly analyzed by SAVE. The addresses of contact persons, population numbers of breeding stocks in each country, and any necessary actions were published in the ‚SAVE Focus‘ in English. Now, this data is being kept up-to-date in online databases known as Breed Atlases.
SAVE Focus, Special Edition Balkan
Racial descriptions, images, breeding data, and addresses of cross-border livestock breeds in Europe in 2004/2005 can be found in the ‚SAVE Focus‘ publications and other relevant resources from that time period.

The model project „Agro-Biodiversity at Lake Constance“ focuses on agricultural diversity in the Lake Constance region, covering areas in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The consumer/tourist brochure, spanning 58 pages, provides an overview of dedicated farmers, gardeners, breeders, initiatives, projects, and institutions that are actively involved in promoting agro-biodiversity in the region. It offers a comprehensive perspective on the various aspects of agro-biodiversity and its significance in the international Lake Constance area.
The brochure „Ancient Fruit Varieties in the Western Lake Constance Area“ provides comprehensive coverage of fruit diversity in the region. It includes descriptions of various fruit varieties and provides a section with contact information for sources where these specific fruit varieties, as well as scionwood and nursery materials, can be obtained. The brochure spans 34 pages.
Both brochures can be obtained from the SAVE Foundation Project Office by contacting them via email at office@save-foundation.net.
